A Bouquet of Love I Saw in the Universe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ein paar Worte zur bemerkenswerten Ausstellung:
Ich habe die Ausstellung im Berliner Gropius Bau im Juni besucht und eigentlich bei dem Titel der Retrospektive.: \u201eA Bouquet of Love I Saw in the Universe\u201d etwas heiter Sinnliches erwartet.
Aber dem war nicht so: desto weiter ich durch die Ausstellungsr\u00e4ume voranschritt, desto mehr beschlich mich ein Gef\u00fchl der Beklommenheit. Die Retrospektive entfaltet das Werk von Yayoi Kusama chronologisch und besteht zum gro\u00dfen Teil aus Rekonstruktionen von auf fr\u00fcheren (historischen) Ausstellungen gezeigten Installationen\/Objekten.
Das Beklemmende daran ist, dass es sich f\u00fcr mich zunehmend verr\u00e4tselte, was ich da eigentlich zu sehen bekomme: Kunst als Selbsttherapie (Heilmittel) einer Zeit ihres Lebens psychisch kranken K\u00fcnstlerin? Das w\u00e4re ein alt bekanntes Narrativ aus der Kunstgeschichte und zu eindimensional.
Wie sehr folgten ihre \u201eOrgy Parties\u201c einer \u00d6konomie der Aufmerksamkeit um sich mit kalkulierten Skandalen am Kunstmarkt der sp\u00e4ten 60er Jahre durchzusetzen? Vielleicht sollte ich auch besser alle interpretatorische Distanz fallen lassen um ganz in die Betrachtung ihrer \u201eInfinity Nets\u201c eintauchen zu k\u00f6nnen? \u2013 Kurz gesagt kam mir bei dem Ausstellungsbesuch mein Kunst-Kompass abhanden und ich war mir nicht mehr sicher, was nun \u201eSchein\u201c und was \u201eSein\u201c ist und wenn \u00fcberhaupt: Wer hat da eigentlich wen benutzt? Meiner Meinung nach flie\u00dfen bei Yayoi Kusama Werk und Biographie so sehr ineinander ,dass ihre Pers\u00f6nlichkeit selbst Teil ihres Werkes geworden ist.
In ihrer Kunst wiederholt sich ihre pers\u00f6nliche Erfahrung der Selbstaufl\u00f6sung\/Ausl\u00f6schung.
Wie schon gesagt: heiter war das Ganze nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ausstellung l\u00e4uft noch bis zum 12.08.2021, wer von euch Zeit und Lust hat und vor allem noch eine Eintrittskarte ergattern kann, der\/die sollte da hingehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
